Planning your trip can be a nightmare if not done right. Lists with activities and costs just don't cut it anymore. I use a Google Sheet to plan and budget most of my trips, especially as I'm usually working with quite a tight budget.

The sheet itself is relatively self-explanatory, simply plug in the number of people going, your accommodation and each activity. All the calculating will be done for you.
